Developping your skills
Guided by strong values TWF’s human resources policy is based on training and accountability.
Knowing everything about our products is the foundation of our expertise, and is achieved through periods of training. It is also at the heart of TWF’s effective integration program that all new employees receive both at headquarters, and in the field with senior sales staff.
Committed to apprenticeship, every year we take on new employees on work-study contracts within our sales force and support departments. Trained and supported by tutors, they are gradually given responsibilities to make their year a rich and rewarding experience.
Lastly, volunteer employees can take on new responsibilities through cross-disciplinary projects: culinary consultant, marketing-sales coordinator, tea fundamentals trainer, merchandising project manager, IT project manager… there’s plenty of opportunities to develop your skills !

TESTIMONIALS
“I arrived at TWF as an intern in 2017, then completed a work-study program as Assistant Product Manager, which led to my hiring as Food Service Product Manager in 2018. At the beginning of 2022, I was given the opportunity to add a sales and management dimension to my position as Food Service Business Developer. What I like about TWF is our determination to offer high-quality products and to differentiate ourselves by unearthing real gems. I also appreciate the strong team spirit that drives us, and our desire to always grow and improve! "
"I joined the company in 2014 as an Accountant, and in 2022 was offered the opportunity to evolve as a Financial Analyst. The diversity of my responsibilities and the contact I have with the other departments allow me to thrive in this role. Every day is different, and the most important thing is to enjoy what I do, which is the case at TWF! "
"TWF gave me the opportunity to develop my skills as part of a real professional project. After 1 year and 9 months as a Retail Sales Representative, followed by a year in Marketing, I was able to join the Sales Development team, with constantly evolving missions. "
“I've been with TWF since 1994.
My job is to coordinate the sales teams, initially retail, and then food service over the last few years.
TWF's strength: being where you least expect it!”
"I joined the Marketing teams at TWF in 2018 as an Assistant Product Manager right after graduating. I was quickly trusted to become Product Manager and then Group Manager at the beginning of 2022, joining the company's Board of Managers. What I like about TWF is the diversity of the challenges we take on every day, all in an international context. TWF is a human-sized company, with particularly committed teams and strong values, which contribute to the development of our business."
"I started with the company in 2013 as a Sales Representative in the Paris region. After 2 years, I took over the South-East Regional Management until 2022, when TWF offered me the opportunity to move to the North, to the headquarters, and take on the role of Key Account Manager. In addition to this mission, in 2024 I was promoted to National Sales Coach, helping to run the Epidis Sales School all year round."
"Recruited in March 2020 as part of a job creation to lead the new ERP software project, I was offered the opportunity to take over responsibility for the Supply Chain at the beginning of 2021 and thus join the Board of Managers. What I particularly like about TWF is the constant collective desire to do better, shared by motivated teams in a remarkable state of mind and intelligence. "
