Ceylon teas.

In 2009, TWF and Dilmah, in partnership with Institut LYFE (formerly Institut Paul Bocuse), created the Dilmah School of Tea, the 1st International Tea School. TWF works with the Institut Paul Bocuse to train students in the fundamentals of tea.
